very bad communication. no photo on the outer box so no way of being able to build the jigsaw! Was told that they didn't do this 'as it would spoil the surprise for birth/wedding announcements (as if anyone does that with a jigsaw!) but was later told it was because i didn't select a photo at checkout, but my options were only to select generic 'happy birthday etc' on box. I presumed this would be

I'd tried to do other personalised jigsaws with no joy then found puzzleyou. Which I found I could actually understand and I did it. I only had to wait nervously for it to be delivered had I done it wrong. I literally couldn't wait but to say I'm pleased with my jigsaw is understated now I can't wait till Christmas to give it my daughter in law. It's better than I thought it could be so thank
