frustrating and very slow

Note that this review is more than 6 months old and the company's procedures may have changed considerably since this review was written.
Graham and Green have some fabulous things but beware they don't keep anything in stock and only order from suppliers when you place your order.I placed an order guaranteeing delivery for mother's day and am only contacted 4 days later to be told the part of my order won't be arriving for up to 6 weeks.When i ask about the mothers day item(bought on a mothers day free delivery offer) they are unable to sent it in time even though they have it there, it is now thursday and mothers day is on sunday.The remaining part of my order was supposed to be available early and mid march which it now is.Having to wait another 6 weeks is unacceptable and takes me past my Birthday so will not arrive in time-Hubbie not amused.They have offered me 25% off my next order-useless to me as that won't be happening any time soon!Can't see how they can compete with many other websites which are super efficient and offer next day delivery at a much cheaper rate too.
